Nita has been in the title and mortgage industry for over 30 years. In business, and in life, she values integrity and helping to change people’s lives for the better. She is empathetic and listens well and has a well-rounded knowledge of the Real Estate business.  Being bilingual, Nita is highly approachable for her Spanish speaking clients and wants all her clients to feel they can ask her anything.

“It’s important to me to establish an honest line of communication with my clients and get them happily moved into their home or get them the funds they need to accomplish their goals for refinancing.”

Her favorite part of the job is letting her clients know that their escrow has closed, and they will get their keys from their Real Estate agent and to hear their compliments about her service. She works to keep a close line of communication throughout the transaction to relieve her clients of some of the stress this process can create. She wants people to understand that we have a talented team of processors and investors that work closely to make sure the experience is a good one. We pride ourselves on having products to fit a wide range of needs and finding the best loan for our client’s qualifications.

Nita wants people to know that a mortgage helps people realize the American Dream of home ownership. She keenly understands that it is what so many of us aspire to, not just a house, but a Home. Where family gathers to visit, create happy memories, or just spend quiet moments together.

Outside of work, Nita loves to read, garden, play tennis and go for walks with her husband. They have two raised gardens in their backyard and grow lots of vegetables to share with neighbors. She is the President of her Church Council and contributes to the community through a Gift Shop and a Food Drive every Tuesday and Wednesday. She loves her grandchildren and stays connected with them via phone and texts.
