With over 2 decades in the business, Maricel has the experience and the expertise to help her clients navigate all aspects of their mortgage.  

She understands that reliability is the key to any good working relationship. She also lets her values of integrity and kindness lead the way in every client interaction. Maricel works hard to understand client expectations so that she can communicate effectively and work with her clients to meet their goals.

Maricel has a BA in Mass Communication and has been a certified notary and bank teller. She has been a top loan processor at three of her former companies: GreenTree, Greenlight (formerly Mr. Cooper), and Carrington Mortgage. 

Apart from mortgages, Maricel can be found attending her kid’s games and practices and getting together with friends. She has a creative side and loves to sing and dance. She is passionate about helping and uplifting others, mindfulness, money management and kids. Maricel regularly contributes to her community by serving children and individuals with disabilities and is part of the TSC/Autism Foundation serving individuals with tuberous sclerosis and autism.

SHOP

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

LOAN APPLICATION

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

LOAN PROCESSING

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

UNDERWRITING

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

CLOSING

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
