With an eye towards detail and service, he makes sure to really understand his clients’ current situation. With honesty and integrity, Dave works hard to make every transaction smooth and seamless. He works with his clients to help them understand their best options, structure their loans, and then does all the heavy lifting so his clients can sit back and relax with the confidence that their mortgage is in good hands.

Dave believes that the best ability is availability.  All of JetStream’s loan officers are available outside of traditional business hours – including Dave. You’ll never have to worry about being able to reach your loan officer, because he works on your time.

A graduate of Miami University’s School of Business, he majored in Operations Management and Marketing and minored in Risk Management and Insurance – all while being a four-year letterman in collegiate football. He has carried that discipline and winning mindset into every loan and customer interaction. Dave works hard to get everyone into the best homeownership situation that he can, because he knows that home is where you feel the most comfortable, where you are with the people that you love, and he believes that everyone deserves to experience that feeling.

Outside of the office, Dave loves spending time with family and friends and can often be found cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals (Who Dey!).
